Stephen Tegge (MAJ, USA Retired) - Vice President

Upon the retirement of Major Stephen Tegge’s 20 years of active military service in the United States Army and Marine Corps, Stephen joined forces with BAM International, LLC as the Vice President of PM13 Consulting.

Stephen’s distinguished service in includes: tours in the first Gulf War as a Marine, tours in Afghanistan as an Airborne Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader and Executive Officer (XO) and in Iraq as an Infantry Company Commander.

Steve Fitzgibbon – Chief Executive Officer

Steve Fitzgibbon brings 30 years of successful international business development and executive management experience to BAM International, and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. BAM International is a veteran owned business launched in 1997 that focuses on logistics services, soldier protection and energy related offerings.

Steve led BAM into Liberia in 2014/2015 in support of Operation United Assistance – the US Army’s Africa Command mission to control/eradicate Ebola. BAM played the major logistics role in country, providing over 6,000 line-haul truck deliveries of vital goods and supplies throughout the affected region as well as management of 5 key warehouses and a container cross-docking facility.

Patrick Maloney, LTC US Army retired. – Director of Government Relations

Patrick has 32 years of active military service including key leadership roles held while supporting operations in Iraq and Afghanistan (OIF and OEF). Throughout his numerous tours of duty in OIF and OEF, Patrick served as the Chief of Contracting providing critical support to combatant operations and theater reconstruction. Pat’s responsibility entailed top level project development, review, approval, oversight and execution across a vast array of construction projects, commodities and service initiatives aggregately totaling into the billions of dollars.

Darrell Marroncelli – Director, Finance and Administration

Darrell has over 30 years’ experience in in financial and management reporting, budgeting and strategic planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions, working companies ranging from start-up to publicly trading. Darrell began his career at Wang Laboratories in the finance organization. He joined Spike Broadband Systems as Director, Corporate Controller. He then joined Third Rail Wireless as VP of Finance.

Darrell has led accounting transitions from small platforms to enterprise accounting systems. Darrell has had direct liaison duties with Price Waterhouse supporting annual audits. Darrell was a key member of a team that rose $96 million+ in equity and debt financing for Spike Technologies Responsible for budget forecast with monthly reporting. Working with marketing, Darrell has built product pricing methodologies and created automated pricing Systems. Darrell has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Harvard University.

Thomas DiBenedetto – Director / Member

Mr. Thomas R. DiBenedetto has 40 years’ experience in the investment business, having worked as an investment banker in New York with Morgan Stanley & Co., Salomon Brothers, Inc. and Allen & Company, Incorporated. He is the founder and principal stockholder of two investment firms, Boston International Group and its affiliate, Junction Investors, Ltd.
