Patrick Maloney, LTC US Army retired. – Director of Government Relations

Patrick has 32 years of active military service including key leadership roles held while supporting operations in Iraq and Afghanistan (OIF and OEF). Throughout his numerous tours of duty in OIF and OEF, Patrick served as the Chief of Contracting providing critical support to combatant operations and theater reconstruction. Pat’s responsibility entailed top level project development, review, approval, oversight and execution across a vast array of construction projects, commodities and service initiatives aggregately totaling into the billions of dollars.

Most recently, Patrick was board selected to serve as a Program Manager on the army’s newest and largest individual acquisition program - “Ground Combat Vehicle” (GCV), with a program value of $1.6 billion. Key components of Patrick’s Command in GCV was; survivability.

Tours throughout his 32 years of service include but are not limited to assignments throughout the United States, Honduras, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar and Europe. His education includes; Bachelor of Science Degree from Siena College, Masters of Science Degree in Acquisition Management from Florida Institute of Technology and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University.
